At Stellar Finance, you can withdraw money from your trading account to a card or by bank transfer. The withdrawal method should match the original deposit method and all withdrawal requests are subject to a withdrawal fee.

At Stellar Finance, you can withdraw money from your trading account to a card, E-Wallet or by bank transfer. The withdrawal method should match the original deposit method and all withdrawal requests are subject to a withdrawal fee.

1. Debit/credit card

2. Bank transfer

3. E-Wallet

E-Wallet is another instant, easy and affordable money transfer service. Before you withdraw money to your E-Wallet account, just make sure that it is registered with a valid financial device (bank or card) and that your email address has been verified.

Note that the minimum amount you can withdraw from your account balance is $100. There is no maximum withdrawal amount if you withdraw by bank transfer. In the event that you withdraw money to a debit/credit card, we do have a $50k maximum withdrawal amount per month. You can have up to 3 cards attached to your trading account, pushing your withdrawal maximum to $150k a month.

How to withdraw funds

If your trading account is fully compliant with our anti-money laundering and compliance policies, withdrawing money from your balance is a simple 4-step process.

  • Log in to your Stellar Finance account.
  • Find and click on My Account.
  • Select the Withdrawal tab from the menu.
  • Enter your withdrawal amount and click Apply.

If your account is not verified, you need to provide us with 4 compliance documents before you can submit a withdrawal request.

  • A proof of identity
  • This can be a copy of your National ID or the bio page of your passport.

  • A proof of address
  • This can be a copy of any utility bill including water, electricity and gas.

  • A proof of payment method
  • This can be a copy of your debit/credit card or a SWIFT copy.

  • An Investment Testimony Form
  • The Investment Testimony Form should be be filled and manually signed.
